MURDER CASE PROVISIONALLY WITHDRAWN AFTER DOCKET GOES MISSING POLOKWANE :
The Polokwane Magistrate's Court has today ruled that the case against Laurence Tleane has been provisionally withdrawn.
This comes after the murder docket was not found on the court rolls.
Tleane appeared in the Polokwane Magistrates Court this morning for the alleged murder of his girlfriend, Tumi Seshuene.
The lawyer allegedly hit Seshuene with his car at Lesedi Park, outside Polokwane in December 2021.
Tleane was currently out on R1000 bail.
