Malusi Gigaba issued a public apology to his family, close friends and the general public.

Recent reports revealed that Malusi Gigaba sent the $3x video to his teenager side chick. Its not yet clear why the young broad decided to take such drastic measures but we believe it was because Malusi Gigaba wanted to end things with her when it became public knowledge that Gigaba is dating an uder age girl.

Meanwhile the video has caused a stir and division among men and women on social media.Women say the mininster has a big 4-5 while men say it's small just that the camera was up close and making it appear bigger!
