Ngoepe says Police recovered 30 small bags of dagga, 60 large bags and a white Chevrolet bakkie.
He says the suspects are also allegedly involved in smuggling dagga from Swaziland into South Africa and are suspected to be linked to several criminal activities in the Tzaneen cluster.
